Services Offered

Our providers empower you to take hold of your own behavioral health treatment. We work collaboratively with other providers, community-based services, and those you may want involved in your treatment. 

Services include:

• Individual Counseling

• Group Counseling

• Psychoeducation 

• Family Therapy

• AODA/Substance Abuse Counseling

• School-Based Services

• Psychosexual Assessments

***We currently take various forms of payment including; many third party insurances, private pay, CCS (currently in Jackson, Monroe, and La Crosse Counties). ***

We are co-located and partner with the following school districts:

• Tomah Area School District

• Galesville-Ettrick-Trempealeau (GET) School District

• Melrose-Mindoro School District

• Bangor Area School District

• Sparta Area School District

Supervision

• As Dr. Amanda J. Falkers has received her doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision, she is qualified to provide excellent supervision services to counselor trainees seeking full licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
